Fee
The fee is established through direct negotiations for each case taking into accounts the following elements:

   - the time spent for the resolution of the case
   - the nature and the difficulty of the case
   - the importance of the interest in the case
   - the professional qualities of the lawyers
   - the advantages and the results obtained in the gain of the client

The fee is perceived by dint of the juridical assistance contract concluded with the client and is payed on the spot to the lawyer who is emitting the receipt or through banking transfer before carrying out the lawyer's service.

The legal opinions demanded during the juridical consultation would be sent to the client by post, e-mail, fax as soon as possible after receiving by e-mail/fax all the necessary informations (eventually scanned informations) and the history of the case for which you are needed our legal opinion, afte responsbilité civile ou/contractuelle civiler a time and fee evaluation made by one of our lawyers, its communication to the client and the effective payment. All the required informations for the payment and to conclude the legal assistance contract would be communicated to you by e-mil or fax.

The expenses due to the lawyer carried out activity's ( judicial fee stamp, judicial stamp, expert, executor, notary fee's, transport, aboard and lodging expenses for shifting outsidethe locality and other similar expenses) would be supported by the client, separate the lawyer's fee. Justificatory acts would be presented for the mentioned expenses.

Taking into account his needs and his means, the client could choose between the next fee types:

   - fixed fee
   - fixed result fee
   - percentage result fee
   - subscription
